Troubleshooting the Sign In Process

If you receive an error message that says username or password is incorrect, please check the following.

  • Account number: make sure you are entering the correct account number. The account number is the same for all students, teachers and school administrators in a school. For district administrators, the account number will be a separate number (d and two to three digits). 
  • Username: make sure your username is correct. For students, it is what the teacher or school administrator assigned. For staff, it is your school email address. 
  • Password: Student passwords are not case sensitive. Staff passwords are case sensitive.

If you receive an error message, "server not found," please check your internet connection.
