I have forgotten my password. Can you email it to me?

All Track My Progress staff passwords are encrypted to protect the security of your students' data. While we can not email you your password, we can email you a link that will allow you to reset your password. Follow these steps to reset your password.

After signing in to my account I do not see where to start the test for my student. How do I start the test for my student?

Students begin a Track My Progress assessment by signing in with their unique username and their password. They use the same web page to sign in that you do when you access your account. You can print your students' sign in information here by following these steps.

I am trying to sign in to my account but I have not received an activation email from Track My Progress. Can you help me sign in?

Sometimes emails from Track My Progress can get blocked by spam filters. If you are using a spam filter check your spam folder for your Track My Progress activation email. You can also contact us so that we can confirm that we have the correct email address for you.

When I go to sign in I get a message that says Track My Progress is not supported by my web browser. What does this mean?

This message means you need to update your web browser. This is a free update provided by your browser service but you do need to have administrator privileges for your computer to update your web browser. Track My Progress works on Internet Explorer 9+, Safari v4+, Firefox v4+ and Chrome v17+.

Where can I find my school account number?

Your school account number is the same for all staff and students at your school. Please contact us so we can provide you with your school account number, or you can find it in your Track My Progress activation email.
