The test questions are not displaying properly. There is a white screen when the test starts.

The Track My Progress student test application requires the Adobe Flash plugin be installed on each computer so your web browser can properly display test question graphics and audio. The iPad application does not require the Adobe Flash plug.

The use of the Adobe Flash plugin ensures that all students will have the same test presentation and interaction regardless of the computer or browser that is used. If test questions are not functioning or appearing correctly the first step should be to check that the Flash plugin is up to date. Follow the below steps to check the version of the Flash plugin on your computer.

Go to and click SUPPORT and then Flash Version Test.

This will open a new webpage on the Adobe website.

Click Check Now to see if you are running the latest version of the Flash plugin.

If you see a lego block piece below the Check Now button it means you have Adobe Flash installed but it is not enabled on your computer. Click the lego block to enable Flash.

If an up to date version of Flash is installed on your computer you will see a green check mark with a "Congratulations" message.

If you do not see the green check mark it means you either need to Enable or Install the Flash plugin. Follow the directions on the Adobe screen to Enable or Download and Install Flash.
