Trouble Receiving Track My Progress Emails

School staff will need to be able to receive emails from Track My Progress in order to activate their account, reset their password and receive important updates and reminders.

If you are not receiving emails from Track My Progress, you should check your spam filter as Track My Progress emails can get intercepted by your personal or school spam filter. You can inform your network administrator that you need to receive emails from Or contact the Track My Progress support team and we can assist you.
