How do I set the cut scores for the proficiency categories?

Student scores are categorized into four proficiency levels, each indicated by a color. Here is how to adjust the category definitions.

Updated over 5 months ago

The performance categories are determined by cut scores, which can be set for the school or district from a School Administrator or District Administrator account. The color of each score is based on the percentile of the score. For example, based on the default settings, if a student scores in red, the score is below the 26th percentile. If a student's score is in green, it means the score is above the 60th percentile. The default cut scores for the performance categories can be customized for your school or district.
