The data will still appear in reports and graphs by archiving the student account. The student will not appear in current class assignments and will not appear as "Test not Taken" in the current test window. The student account will essentially be deactivated while maintaining the prior data.

Use the Search Students box to find the student account you would like to archive.

Click the checkbox next to the student's first name and then click Archive Students from the indicated button.

To restore (unarchive) a student account, you can select Archived from the tabs in the middle of the page.

You will then select the student account by clicking the check box next to their name and then selecting Restore in the upper right hand corner. The student will be able to be added to classes and take assessments after logging in with their credentials.
