How can I see which students have tested and which students still need to test?

The Activity tab of the Track My Progress educator interface will show you where your students are in the assessment process.

Updated over 4 months ago

The Activity tab in your Track My Progress account shows the number of students who have yet to start a Math or ELA assessment, the number of students who need to finish an assessment, and the number of students who have finished a Math or ELA assessment. The Activity tab also shows the date for the end of the test window and how many days remain in the test window. You can select Screener or Diagnostic to see the status of students for each respective assessment. These tools help educators monitor their testing schedule and keep track of their students in each testing window. Follow the steps below to find this information in your account.

Click Activity

Sign in to your account and select Activity from the top tabs.

Use the drop-down menus

Select Screener or Diagnostic from the drop down menu near the top of the page. The test type pulldown allows you to choose between seeing the status information for the Screener or Diagnostic assessments.

Use the grade and class filter

Select the grade and class for which you would like to see status information. This drop down is located next to the assessment options.

For each student, you can see who has finished and who has not started. You can see how many questions are left for students who have started a test but have yet to finish. For students who have completed a test, you can see the time they spent engaged with the test and the date they completed it.
