There are three types of assessments: Screener, Diagnostic, and Inventory. Each assessment type assesses two subjects: Math and ELA. You can modify the next assessment assignment for an individual student, a group, or the entire class. To confirm, you can change both the assessment type and subject for your students by following these steps.
Sign in to your account
Make sure that the Activity tab is selected at the top left of the screen.
Review the current assessment assignments
Under each student's name, you will find the current assignment for the next assessment upon student sign-in to Track My Progress.
Change the assignment for ALL students
If you would like to change the next assessment assignment for all students, select the checkbox next to STUDENT. The Assign Test button becomes available. Click Assign Test. Proceed to the "Assign Next Test" step.
Change the assignment for an individual or multiple students
If you would like to change the next assessment for one or a few students, select the check box next to their individual names. The Assign Test button becomes available. Click Assign Test.
Assign Next Test
From the popup window, select the assessment you want the selected student(s) to see the next time they sign in to Track My Progress. Click Assign at the bottom right of the popup window to save your choice. After you have clicked Assign, the new assessment assignment will appear under the student's name(s) in the left column of the Activity page.
